A former Rhodes Scholar and fellow of All Souls College Oxford, Max Harris now works in public law and progressive politics. In his mid-20’s and again in his 30’s, he unexpectedly encountered health challenges and his own mortality. This forced him to consider issues of loneliness, of care, and how we run our health system.
Max speaks of how experiences in hospitals and of healthcare can highlight insights about how we lead our lives in the twenty-first century.
